Basic Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities needed:
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment - Strong math, computer and communication skills (written and verbal) - Great phone skills and friendly customer service attitude - Efficient in Excel, Word, Quickbooks, and scheduling software - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to work well with others Daily tasks include but are not limited to - Answer phones - Schedule service calls - Prepare invoices, proposals, and work orders - Prepare accounts payable and receivables - Reconcile receipts We can train anyone with the correct basic skills.
