Monthly review of AR Aging report.
Reconcile all customer accounts under assignment based on alphabet.
Make collections calls/emails for customers about past due invoices and document activities.
Research chargebacks and deductions to determine root cause and handle appropriately.
Properly maintain customer accounts correct email, tax, address information in SAP & Vertex.
Monitor payments to ensure they are received when due and according to credit terms.
Preform credit review and assign credit limits under the direction of the AR Supervisor.
Provide customer or colleagues with requested reports and invoice/credit information.
Weekly credit meetings and review.
Required Experience/Certifications Associates Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
1-3 years AR Collections Experience.
Chargeback & Deduction Handling Experience.
SAP Experience Preferred.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel and MS Office Skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn and take on direction and new duties as required.
