This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to make a significant impact on our manufacturing operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes, managing projects, and ensuring product development is conducted efficiently and effectively.
This role requires a strong understanding of industrial engineering, quality control, supply chain management, and AutoCAD.
Responsibilities:
1.
Design, implement, and monitor manufacturing processes and systems, ensuring they are effective and efficient.
2.
Conduct regular process improvement initiatives to reduce cost, improve quality, and increase productivity.
3.
Manage various projects, coordinating with different departments to ensure timelines, budgets, and specifications are met.
4.
Play a crucial role in product development, ensuring designs are manufacturable and align with company objectives.
5.
Maintain a rigorous quality control system, identifying and rectifying defects and non-conformities.
6.
Optimize supply chain processes to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.
7.
Use AutoCAD to create detailed designs and plans for manufacturing processes and systems.
8.
Ensure all activities adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
9.
Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel to enhance operational efficiency.
10.
Collaborate with other engineers, suppliers, and customers to resolve manufacturing issues and improve product quality.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
3.
Proven experience in process improvement, project management, product development, and quality control.
4.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management and AutoCAD.
5.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
6.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
7.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
8.
Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand complex manufacturing systems and processes.
9.
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the manufacturing industry.
10.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
